Just got back from the field. Took your advice elios000, and set my swash mix to 75%. All servo travel back to 100%. expo at 25%, rudder at 15% D/R = 100%. All that and i found my sweet spot. Was doing very clean front and back flips, Barrel rolls, Loops all very tight and clean...Next I'm going to work on holding my inverts. Thanks for the advice on settings. All worked well for me.

Have all three FB helis set up this way. 450-500-600. However on my last battery with the 450 with about a min left of flight left , I noticed my tail for whatever reason was wagging. Crap, Hope this is not yet another Align ds520 tail servo gone bad. Will diagnose later tonight and see what i find.

gain if your running a higher head speed then you normally do youll need to turn the gain down
i also find running a gov make the heli fly better and more consistent

Yet another Align ds520 tail servo gone bad. Whats up with align ds520's this year ? this makes the 3rd one to go bad on me. Time to move on to something else . Same goes for the 70amp align esc's. they were crap for me as well. .....My first two years in align electronics were great to me. Not so much anymore. What do you recomend without having to use a step down ?

get an actual savox servo or MKS work well
