I see a lot of posts for persons looking for cases and I know the manufactor cases are cooler and best but for a person on a budget I thought I would share this with you. Wal-Mart in the paintgun sport section has a black plastic case with foam for just 9 bucks.. It has 3 pieces of foam two eggshell pieces and one flat 1/2 inch piece. Just thought I would pass this along as it fits the transmitter great and even has room for a couple of extra battery packs or what ever.

That case will hold two Spektrum transmitters. I have a DX6i and a DX8, side by side in one case.
Works well for me.

You might check the store anyway. The website didn't show it at mine, but I went in and they had a shelf full of them. A friend who works at Flambeau told me to check these out. Decent case and it's even made in USA.
