Another boring day in paradise

I know I'm guilty of posting too many similar pics of my fave slope, but yesterday it was really special, with the sprinkling of icing sugar on Caher Conree (an ancient iron-age promontory fort) above Camp, Dingle Peninsular, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

The lift was perfect all day too, so much so that (idiot that I was) I arrived there first to find I had no radio in the car, so I drove all the way home and back ... Then continued flying until dusk.

If you use your imagination....
you may just believe you are back in the Western Cape!

Do you fly all by yourself Chris?
Looks like it could generate nice clean lift!

Ja Johan, stoksiel alone 95% of the time. It's a crime against sloping, as the conditions (particularly at this slope) are epic here.

You are probably the only one to have ever done that.

Yeah, funnily enough, in winter the uplands are brown (heathers, grasses and bracken), but they all burst into green in summer. The leprechans are all busy over on the east coast running the Country ..
