I've seen those before. One could make them out of plastic tubes for less weight and lower cost. I'll see what I can come up with and throw up a post later on. JB' |

You could JB by using a nylon 1/2 to 1 inch spacer with a grub set screw to secure the wing wire and thread it from the bottom with basic screw from the underside of the chassis. Honestly we won't mess with it but hands down Woody came up with a heck of a new mod for himself. And how long has he had his kart? ROLF Robert |

Our dish tv goes out when fog is present. I guess I need to get my butt up there and readjust it. No problems with our wireless though with rain.

Yo Cake did you try the alloy mount like your plastic one? Found one today sitting at my LHS for pennys on the dollar. Wondering if it to would work. Looks like the angle is off to me though. Did you use spacers by chance to make it work?

The wingmount arrived up in TN Cake!!! Finally! The way I remember seeing it, you'd have to run some type of spacer to the bottom to get that special angle for downforce. More so on the alloy mount since you can't bend or heat it up. What about a diferent alloy mount. Maybe one that has more of a slant or adjustable wing angle instead of set?

Cake Todd looked the mount over. It can't be used (alloy) unless you create a spacer. You must use a spacer with a bias angle that would allow the mount to set proper angle for the wing. Thats the only way we see the alloy one to work. Now the plastic as you did, can be used since its bendable with slight heat.

It wasn't me asking it was Fartkart I mean Fast Kart. Sorry about that typo bro. He emailed me about a different one than mine. Mine is plastic the one he wants is alloy. I managed to bend mine with a hair dryer but the alloy one in question your right I think a spacer would do the trick for the install because you can't go bending it. Good idea cutting a spacer at a angle. I like it.............................

Interesting Woody. It should be there I would think by now. I'll make a call asap once I come back to the warehouse here in TN. Doing some testing on a new product and dialing in a kart while Im at it. Appreciate you letting me know, thanks.
