Liquid crystal screens seem to help lighten the load.

No photon guns aimed at ya eye balls.

I always get the nearsighted and farsighted mixed up.

Either way I'm good, better at seeing distant things with glasses. So they are usually worn at night while driving and when flying toy airplanes.

I just got my eye exam and need stronger corrective progressive lenses.
My eyes are in excellent health, just thicker eye lenses.
I'm told they continue to grow and thicken all our lives.
Comfortable reading glasses would be 250 on the right and 300 plus on the left.

Great vision in both eyes and always have, but have just started using readers when tired or reading fine print. It is driving me nuts.

that pretty much sums mine up as well ,although I do have a slight problem with macular degeneration in my left eye ,the doc tells me it will progress to the point I'll be almost completely blind in that eye eventually...

Nearly failed my eye test for driving when I was 16. "read the numberplate n the white car over there"

*reads number plate*

"erm.. no... try again"

*makes sure... reads same letters*

"The ford escort... just there... are you sure you can't read it?"

"oh... I'm reading the saab's plate"

"?? what Saab?"

"the one at the end of the road - the white one!"

" but that's miles away... no... THIS white car"

*reads the plate on the rather close car - passes eye exam*

It hasn't changed since
