Dear ladies and gentlemen

We are only a few weeks for opening the website for pilot pre-registration for this year show, slated for the weekend of May 18th.
This will be the official thread for asking questions about the show. As we get closer, it will be moved to it's own Special Events section where individual threads can be started.

I have obtained rental prices for this year show (tents, tables, chairs) and will sending out emails to those who have rented before or expressed interest in renting at this year's show.

If anyone else within the sound of my voice would like to have me rent them a tent (smallest is 20x20) at our cost (we do not add anything to the price) please contact me directly at neatfair@optonline.net. Many clubs/organizations will be renting large tents to put on the flightline this year.

I hope you are all as excited as we are about this years show!

PS, pre-reg will be closing on Sunday Aug 25th. Anyone who has pre-reg has until Thursday Aug 30th to pay up or be dropped and will have to pay higher rates at the field and not allowed to set up on the flightline prior to Thursday Sept 13th.

I am extremely excited - hard to believe it's less than five months away (but looking forward to summer first!!!)! Planning is well underway.

We have our camping deposits in - can you believe I actually got an EMAIL back from PV - Arnie (or likely someone in his office) has entered the 21st century!

Alan, sorry, I cannot have them come any sooner than Monday, even if you want to pay more. I need Saturday and Sunday to lay out the field. Even though I get there on Saturday, I cannot risk having it rain all day and into sunday and not have the time to do the set-up work. They have been asked to come on Monday, but even at that, if the weather is foul, they may not even come until Tuesday.

I have 48 banked right now.

Today is my last day with GM! Plenty of time for rc events now.
