I started ordering stuff from them 2 years ago... then I stopped dealing with them after having to deal with their crappy CS.

4 o 5 months ago I decided to give them another chance, the first 3 or 4 orders went perfect.
Then... all went south!
With banggood... I always pay extra for faster shipping (7 to 12 days)... if it takes longer than 12 days, I send them an email and they ALWAYS give me a refund in 24hrs or less, for the extra shipping fees.
The last 5 or 6 times I ordered from gearbest... after paying extra for faster shipping, a few times it took longer and they did not give me a refund.
Then.. the last 2 orders, after paying extra for faster shipping... 5 days went by and the order was still "processing".
Sent them 5 emails, they kept saying to wait 24 to 48 hours.
After almost 2 weeks and tired of waiting... I talked to them thru their "live chat"
I canceled both orders, they made me wait 2 freakin' weeks to tell me that the shipping method wasn't available anymore to the US.
I mean.... I know bangood is NOT perfect.... but I have over 200 orders with them and I've never had so many headaches.

I ordered a XK X300 quad for Gearbest on 25 Dec 2018.
It cost $21.00 extra for the US wharehouse., but I figured that that would eliminate shipping problems.

I ordered it 12/25, and now 17 days later it is in Ohio

Total ship time from US warehouse in California 23 days !!!

DON'T PAY EXTRA FOR US Warehouse

$21 extra for the quad... or extra shipping fees?
I have never paid that amount (bg or gb), when it comes from China....
I have paid from $1 to $6 for extra shipping fees depending of what I order.

So far no issues in almost 3 years when ordering from any of their US warehouses. Most of the time items from BG take 4 to 6 days from their US warehouse to florida, and 7 to 9 days from GB. I NEVER pay extra shipping when it comes from the US.

By the way.... that's youtube music lol

Delivery from GB is usually 12-13 days with NO extra fees. BG is a few days more in transit, but still not $21.00 or more for whatever. No complaints here from me here in N. Florida.

Due to the time frame, I think they are delivered from the China mainland warehouse, not the US warehouse.

The price was $109 China warehouse, or $128 US warehouse.

kens65fb, the report of your experience with Gearbest is similar to many I have read. I have always received what I ordered from Gearbest but sometimes it took longer than I thought it should. I don't order much from Gearbest because I don't trust them, and part of that stems from some of my personal contacts with Gearbest that had nothing to do with things I ordered. No way it should take 23 days from the US Warehouse whether you paid for expedited shipping or not. Something is not right there, just another reason for me to avoid Gearbest if I can.

I ordered my Bugs3 on sale form GB for 69.99 when I finally decided I was going to get a drone. I added shipping insurance which brought my total to $72.39.
After reading the horror stories of shipping from GB I was somewhat concerned from ordering from them.
I placed my order on 12/29/2017 from China. On 1/3/2018 it stated awaiting inspection at airport. It stated that today 1/11/2018 when I checked at work this morning. Was starting to wonder about the shipping issues.... This evening it's in the states. Arrived In KY. Now just have to wait for it to get to PA.

elgecko, At this point where it's in the states, you should get a tracking number soon. This will depend on the courier. UPS, USPS, FedX, Pony Express

Your package will disappear when it reaches our shores. Once everything is sorted out, your package may go to FedX, UPS, USPS.

This is when it will show up on your tracking. Or, it should. That's been my experience.
