In Rocks I went straight then did a flip over the gap in the wall of rock ahead.
and I found digital nirvana.. floating, no way down.. I could look around, even look down on the whole island below, faded by the clouds... |

Wow, tried the demo for all of 30 seconds and was sold on the new version. Recharged is phenomenal and best of all it runs smoother than v1 did for me (driver optimization?). I now maintain a steady framerate and have awesome new vistas to explore. Kudos trase, I threw in an extra buck I liked it so much. I will be recommending this to all my buddies (not like I didn't recommend v1 to them ). Keep up the good work.

Within the Devo 7 controller create a new model under the model menu (SIM is a good idea). Then set the type to AERO, yes this seems strange but stay with me. Then under the function menu select EL-FL set POSOU to + 100% and POSOD to +100. Now pitch is recognized without any issues. If only acro mode was easy |

Need some help.
Had Freerider in working conditions with FlySky through direct (3-contacts) audio cable on Windows 10. Until the last update from Microsoft (although I could not blame them, I also tried USB dongle - there was something strange). Any way, after that vJoy is not working, SmartPropoPlus could see sticks movements but could not transfer their positions without vJoy. vJoy reinstallation (any version) always fail. USB dongle although seems to be working, but when I do calibration in Freerider I see Yaw on channel 5. When I move it left (first move) soft associate Yaw to channel 3 (while channel 5 clearly moves), next, I move left stick up and Freerider assign Thr. to channel 5, while actually channel 3 is moving but it was assigned Yaw already, the rest is OK. It is unusable this way. Is there any way to assign channels manually? Or correct it somehow? Thanks in advance. |

Like others I played the demo for a minute and then immediately bought the full version. Loving how many features there are on the maps now.
Here's a strange issue: I have both Freerider and Freerider Recharged installed because I like the maps on the original. When I change the control settings in one it does the same in the other. I think the physics are slightly different in the original (its an update behind) so with the same control settings both versions feel slightly different. Not a huge issue though, just kinda strange. I'm a big fan trase. Looking forward to new maps and maybe multiplayer? |

My first impressions is that is not significantly better than your V1 and I seem to have to run much lower res options (esp. forest and carpark) to make it run smoothly. Still, for $5, plus my original $5, I think it's pretty good value. |

i have it on, as it adds to the realism for me anyway. i purchased the full version of recharged and ran it on my laptop. it runs MUCH better on my laptop than my desktop, as the laptop has a better video card. gonna try plugging in my headplays tonight and see how that feels. should be a blast. love the forrest and desert maps. i was never a fan of the car-park map though. looking forward to seeing more maps in future too. thanks for this great sim, at a great price too Jason. |

Hello Trase,
I received your email link for Recharge and have started the download, all went OK. Will be setting things up tonight and seeing who it goes. Have a question though, with the paid first version, the sound was not all that great, even though I have a 5.1 setup with Sub, have you been able to make the Recharge version sound a bit closer to what a quad sounds like while flying? Looking forward to trying the new version. Regards, JosephR |

Personally, for training purposes, I do not find that the sound adds much to any Sim and I normally just mute it. Your main objective is just to learn to fly the darn thing and use the sim to help program your brain-to-tx-sticks imho. |

A really good way to do this would be saved runs like they did in TrialsHD. Every full race could be uploaded to a server and then easy to download for those of us who want to race against others ghost times. Would be much easier than asynchronous MP. |

Just tried recharged with the headplays. Works amazingly well, but I have found a small bug.
The exit button doesn't work when the hdmi cable is plugged into the laptop. I have to unlplug the hdmi, in order to change maps. The other buttons work ok. Just the exit button is unresponsive. Jason. |
