Well I smeared my Skywalker against a mountain side yesterday. I don't think I have the skill or time to repair that much damage, so I'm ordering a new airframe. I see the V6 is only $83 on bevrc! I'm going to add some spares...

Quick question - those of you with black Skywalkers in hot climates - do you find a lot of heat build-up?

Citrusdal. I was way down in the valley flying up along a mountain pass, trying to take some videos of cyclists when I decided to relocate and hit return to launch. Of course the AP tried to drop altitude back to 70m above my position, but it was ~ 300m high over the side of the cliff and hit some rocks real hard. Luckily my spotter saw the point of impact so it only took about an hour of "mountaineering" to find the wreck. I'm waiting for some pics, will post. Was quite an adventure!

lol will do. I've almost ordered an X8 this time around, but they only have black in stock and from other reports some people are moving back from the X8 to the Skywalker.
