Hi Don.

I dont know if any pass is ok to doppler, but the one at 5:40 is one of the best....did not think of the option to doppler, until after the flight, so the flybyes is probably to short.

88 mph at 5:40 Too many throttle chops you nee to hold throttle longer and fly flat and level.

Thanks Don. Thats what I get with RC Speedo , well 87mph.
@ 2:12 I get the fastest pass, 114 mph.

As I said, I did not have doppler in my mind at the time...
Ill do better next time!

Thanks again!

I did some runs today on "RC_SPEEDO" but failed to set the correct temperature! im wondering what error this would play in the calculation... the program was set at 37C but it was realy 21C. any way to calculate the actual measured speeds?

Hey Don-

Could you compare these RCSpeedo reading with your Doppler abilities?

Thanks man..

Well, it's only a 20" span, so it looks faster than it is..

What was your air temperature? BY the way I have done this myself as as long as you make good doppler passes like you are doing and you make sure the RCSpeedo app has the correct air temperature (I manually enter the value in). I have found the app to doppler within 1 mph of what I get manually
