So far, the $$ and the crashing. And junky gear. Stock EZ* had crap control linkages. Brand new DX6i radio needs to go back to the factory. But hey, I'm a total newb. PS: I hasten to add that in the right conditions, the EZ* is a blast to fly!

Learning to fly is always exciting, never quits.

Crashing is standard and not hard to get used to.

Once you have enough stuff to play with, shipping time of more is diddly problem.

I've never been able to get bored with any plane.

It's the money, nothing else comes close. But that never stops RC freaks. You just have to do whatever it takes, and don't forget to skim grocery money.

It seams like I am always waiting for parts to come in. The worst part (for me) though which you didn't list is not being able to fly due to bad weather. I feel like a junkie detoxing..lol

Geez, none of the above!

For me, its not having enough time to fly, not having enough time to build, and crappy cold winter, or windy days that prevent me from flying. I have only being flying a couple times in the past, oh, 4 months. Stupid winter.

Ya gotta fly at dawn or dusk... and be willing to endure cold. Or get into micro planes and fly in the gym. I'm having a blast with my Vapor, and already at work on another indoor flyer.

Ditto. Too little time, and bad weather when I do have the time.

Learning to fly is a curve...once you "get it" the progression is fairly quick as long as you get a few hours a week in.... the crashing will become and opportunity to make modifications to planes and improve your building skills, spending money will drop (to some extent as you crash less) unless you have to have every plane you see (ask my wallet how that turns out...),... the part that always sucks is the waiting on shipping!! Need that new motor or lipo or what ever to fly this weekend and that tracking number info doesnt change fast enough!! LOL

Try seeing your item has shipped, then because it's FPO, you cant see a tracking on it, then Atis as you may remember today starts the long 10 day waiting process.
I can see visiting the LHS when i get back to the states. LOL
