Exactly what lipo is that? I am waiting for my A9 to be delivered and need to get a lipo....

I am using a pair of these. One goes in the TX, the other waits till the pack gets low so I have a backup.

The Turnigy packs usually has more protective plastic for the ends of the cells and use better silicone wire for the balance lead.

I actually used the blue lipo from hobbypartz. $10 and free shipping. Delivered in 3 days.

I also use the identical lipos that Diggs posted a link to and am happy with them.

Thought I would mention since I complained here last time I tried, that the site was down. I upgraded the firmware on Aurora and module tonight (for first time) with no problems on Windows7 64 bit system. Also backed up models to pc. Seems issues with firmware servers have been sorted out.

As a TX pack these are over kill, (20C, LOL) but I would go with the lighter one.

If you could get one in 1C it would be fine.

A fromeco 2 cell 2600mah Li-Ion fits just fine in the A9 with room to spare. Just make sure to take the foam pad off of the battery cover, and use a little velcro to keep the battery in place.

Diggs, how long do you go between charging with this pack?If you are flying steady, say 8 flights per day on a weekend of flying?I can charge my stock pack before a weekend of flying and go all weekend before needing a charge.3-4 days of flying or using the tx a good bit.Thats not too shabby I think.Do the lipos last that much longer?

I go about 3 weeks on my 2200 lipo without recharging, I did like everyone else solder the stock connector to a deans. Easy no worry flying

I have been tying to set up my HPP-22 software, but am having some problems.
The program will install properly, but when I try to start the program I get the first error message.
I am installing the program on a computer with a Vista 32 operating system.
When installing the program I am running the installation file as administrator, and I have the "User Account Control" turned off.
I registered the comdlg.oxc file, as pointed out in the error.

My flying has been so sporadic this year, it is really hard to say. Several days flying is not a problem. Plus it will sit for weeks without use and remain charged and ready to go. I just got the second pack because it was less than $10 and it is always nice to have a spare handy. I hate not having a TX pack ready. Although, I have several smaller 2S packs that I could use while the main pack is charging if needed.
