A wake up call from Alex to revive this project from hibernation ......

Wing will get bagged with 1.5oz glass, 2mm CF spar and 3oz CF spar cap.

Fuselage .... to glass or not glass? It's pretty beeffy now, seems like I can get away without glassing. What do you think?

Nice to see you back on this project! Fuse is EPP, right? What about just a coat of thinned Goop and strapping tape?

You donīt need to glass it.

You may be able to sheet it in cartulina and PU, which works great and is super-tough, or you can use brown paper and PU, which is lighter.

Iīve seen wings for electrics made this way and its almost as strong as balsa sheeting.

Bill & Alex,

Thanks for the tips. Life is a lot easier with tape and Goop/PU.
