So far here is what I have replaced
Tail rotor hub Broken screw blade and holder and blade flew 50 feet.
Both tail rotor shaft bearings fell apart
Front tail rotor drive gear with bearings gear ground down due to bearings getting too much play
One way bearing in main gear Main gear wobbled up and down
Belt replaced started to wear out
Washout block was sloppy replaced
Main feather shaft with screws this was replaced due to possible failure like tail rotor.

Latest problem is I noticed some play in the elevator control it kind of wiggles forward and back little. I think it could be the cheap Turnigy servo.
Mine did that even after I replaced all the links. I blame my turnigy servo as well

Not sure, but carbon conducts electricity. A lot of people just put caps on and it seems to work. http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...Protector.html

Darn so I have to bite the bullet and spend some money on real servo's. I might just sell this thing and buy a 600. Which is what I should have gotten in the first place bigger servo's lot more choice.

For EXI 500 Chinese weight mod, you need M3, 3mm metric cap head screw, 3mm nylon nuts and washer.

you may try RTL Fasteners http://rtlfasteners.com/RC/r1.html

Thanks wlee. I know this is off topic, but it seems like every time I get my 450 tuned just right, I fly it into a tree or something. ARGH! Happened yesterday. Stupid EXI servo decided it was time to retire. I'm glad it's final resting place was in my yard and not the neighbors screen pool enclosure though.

Exi

Anyone know if this company is slowly going out of business? It seems like more and more of their stock is on sale and it doesn't seem as if they are replenishing it.

The bad thing about that is the shipping charges from over there. I just made a purchase from HK and it cost twice as much to ship from there. I cut my order in half just to feel o.k. about it because Xheli is out of most of what I need.

Sweet! Thanks, I've seen these parts on ebay and just wasn't sure of the quality or compatibility.
