DX6i - Make the flaps and gear switches act like 3 position switches

Orignaly posted in another thread but figured it sould get it's own thread since it could be usefull to anyone with a DX6i (not sure the DX6 is the same config as the DX6i).

Although Not exactly like I thought the first time, go figure.
Here is the configuration and what the results of the switch positions are.

Gear 1 / Elevator DR 1 = Center
Gear 0 / Elevator DR 1 = Left rotation 45%
Gear 0 / Elevator DR 0 = Left rotation 45%
Gear 1 / Elevator DR 0 = Right Rotation 45%

Also works mixing Flaps with Ail D/R, just make sure to go in and set the flaps to actually do something. On my DX6i servo travel was defaulted to 0.

Have you seen the service bulletin on the DX6I? With some units there is a problem with the stick pots. The problem can be found in units with the date codes of HE809E,HE810E,HE811E and HE812E. On the servo monitor display if you find a hesitation instead of a smooth tracking movement you need to sent it back for service.
