Travis Air Museum and Lagoon Valley

Had another great R/C weekend, and even had the chance to visit the Travis Air Museum I've been wanting to get into for over 4 years now. Thanks to John, Jon, and Terry for all the help, and good times!

Every flight is a maiden!

That is a Pratt & Whitney R-4360, the engine used on the likes of the Spruce Goose, B-36 Peacekeeper, the B-50 Superfortress, C-119 Boxcar, C-124 Globemaster and other large piston engine aircraft of the late 1940's and early 1950's.

Its real work of art!
