Can you update the Trader Rules?
...or maybe write them? The "Rules" link at the bottom of every page doesn't talk at all about the rules in trading. The closest I've found are Guidelines written by JBourke.
But this doesn't really speak to what constitutes a negative trader feedback. More specifically, I'd like to know when exactly a "trade" has taken place.
This question stems from this thread https://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=970301 in which some responses feel that RCG's trading system works differently than eBay's system.
If a seller offers something for sale and comes to terms by PM with a buyer on price and conditions, and then the seller says "oops, I sold it to someone else" does that constitute a negative trader feedback? In the case of eBay, I would say yes. If the buyer wins the bid and then the seller says they sold it to someone else, I should be able to leave negative feedback because the seller didn't hold up their end of the deal.
How exactly does RCG's system work?
I personally like these guidlines. Although they wouldn't all apply, some certainly could.
