Bob, my apologies if my reference to staying on the subject seemed a little rude, I was trying to be humorous.

That swivel wing glider teaches me a lot:
1. Use Metal gear servos
2. For the foam glider project of Eric's --- 1 cell battery, 2300kVA, 7x3 prop
And it still goes like a rocket!

Thanks for the link, very entertaining.

I was hoping that you would like it.

from the Mail ... I agree.

Still I might get some of the stuff JUST BECAUSE !

I wanted it for doing Aluminum Looking Nose cones et al
Like on the XR1 ,
but then I really have no interest in that level of scale.
More over I want to avoid it.

It is now time to got out an do some late evening flying !
SUMMER has arrived !

Well, I am sure Ken can tell you things like extruder temp, first layer speed, etc if you have trouble, you saw his outcome, that little 1/2 A motor was excellent!

Bob I almost joined you (at the same time) but the bride brought a rack of bbq ribs from Vinckniers tonite and I just had to help her eat them. Got a pack through QS37 this morning before winds came up, though. Maybe not quite summer yet out here, but getting nicer! What did you fly?

It was nice! Joe and Bob Adams flew. Winds not calm but not bad. Bob hasn't flown in over a year, so was retraining thumbs. Several blue baby 33 flights and plane went home in one piece!

I made it to Stony at about 11 AM. Sure enough Ricky and Eric were still there and flying high. Well maybe not Eric. He was fighting his aileron equipped blu baby. Apparently still no solution when I left.

I did get 6 flights on the Radian Pro with two batteries.
