Makes sense. Tower Hobbies is now owned by Horizon Hobby. Towers parent company , Hobbico, went bankrupt last year and Tower was sold to Horizon.

I just checked the Tower Hobbies web site and they have the tail surfaces as spare parts. Gives you some options.
