To charge a 4S 5400 lipo at 1C you need about 85W charger output power, 2C about 170W.

The Triton EQ (100W/8A) will charge such a pack at up to 6.5A (1.2C)
The EOS610I (250W/10A) will charge such a pack at up to 10A (1.8C)
The EOS720I (250W/20A) will charge such a pack at up to 16A (3.0C)
The EOS610I-DUO (2 x 180W/10A) will charge two such packs at up to 10A (1.8C) each.

Clearly the 720i does offer you a significant advantage. If you have multiple packs the 610iDUO-II might work out to be better value in terms of getting more packs charged faster overall.

Once you go up to 6S the advantage of the 720 over the 610 diminishes somewhat with the 610i charging 6S at max 10A while the 720i max is 11A.

A 2C charge on a 5400mAh pack is 10.8A.

The Triton EQ (100W/8A) will charge such a pack at up to 6.5A (1.2C)
The EOS720I (250W/20A) will charge such a pack at up to 16A (3.0C)

So the Hyperion 0720i can charge the 4S 5400 battery at 2C, and even up to 3C if the battery could take it. While the Triton maxes out at 1.2C.

Or put another way, the Triton has 40% of the charge power compared to 0720i at 4S. Or put another way... the 0720i is 2.5x more powerful at 4S...

We have it all right here: http://www.maxamps.com/products.php?cat=33 All the adapter boards are labled for what packs they work with and I would suggest the 30 amp or the 40 amp power supplies. Make sure to register as a member to get in on the discount program and 5% off your first order. http://www.maxamps.com/membership.php

So how are you guys liking your chargers? I cannot wait to get mine. Can I break in a brand new lipo by discharging it and re-charging it on a charger? Or should I fly the batteries?

It'll be easier to break in a new Li-Po by just using it. Remember the charger only discharges at 1 amp max. Just shorten your first flights on new packs and as they break in then increase your flight times. It's generally what I do. Other will just fly like normal.

No, they are viewable providing you use a balance board.
