Mines ready!!

Just waiting on a good day.Twin 5400kv on 4500 4s lipo.This came out really good,looking forwards to flying it as power is very strong...
Just checked power setup...
990 watts at 69 amps.Woohoo!

Could you post pics on how and where you fit the 4500 4S lipo? Those are great numbers, should get decent run time!

Its a clean fit,and only required the smallest amount of work to get battery in there.I also used 4 CF tubes mounted in each corner between front and rear half and epoxied all that together.The battery connects farther back as you can see.The receiver is mounted in tail all the way back.I still need to cover all openings,ill do that tonight.Heres some pictures..

Good luck on the flight, hope to see some vids.. I am still thinking about getting. When all is said and done its going to be over $4oo to get ready.

Here is number 2.... Thrust tubes are installed.56mm fans on Wicked 5400kv motors with a 4500 4s pack.Launches are so smooth and it flies great! Has no problems climbing either....

Thanks Spid.....hey,did your listen to that noise the jet makes?To me,it sounds like the wind going through all them slots.I can hear it every pass as it goes by.Sound kind of cool whatever it is...

Thank you sir.The absolute best part,is after that flight,I recharged the battery and I only put 1760mah back into it.That means around a 6 minute WOT flight!! And to think I tried to sell these motors and fans a few weeks ago...sheesh!

Great job Joe. Plane looks good and you are flying it like a wild man!! Sorry about your first one, but that`s the way to stick with it. I think yours is louder than my pusher prop version, but its hard to tell from video. We`ll have to do some formation flying when I get mine back in the air.
