If I was going 4S in the SR71 I would use wither the the SF fan and 3 blades and the Wicked 4000 or the stock fan and the Wicked 4000, I am just not sure which of the two is better. I may need to measure some efflux speeds on those two to see which is a better top end setup. I always like to use the stock fans as much as possible as I always found it irritating to buy a kit then have to go buy new fans units just to get it to fly.

That's what I thought when i seen it, but i really want to try a arc 1t on it -in a f-16- afraid it will blow and no info -maybe a sf replacement? Plus what better plane to put it in the SR-71. Lite plane ,hi speed fans ,sleek airframe. I,ve run a sf fan on a gws 4600kv motor on 4s -not to bad , but this fan with Dons 4000kv motor? I'd bet it would really go.

LOOK...BP has some airframe only in stock. Probably won`t be for long.

It`s $135, but they have a $10 off deal now for orders over $125. I also think that they have free shipping over $125, or at least they use to. I paid about $145 for mine shipped.

Nice to see other people carrying the airframe. That is a good price!
