Just finnished the firefox ep200. This kit was 120 dollars. It came with everything but the rx. It was also only about 25% assembled. I maidened it in the kitchen. It flew quite nice, agile and smooth. That cheap gyro actually works quite well. Ill be posting a complete build and flight vid as soon as the weather gets better.

I get parts from Helidirect. They show for the 100 but many parts are interchangeable with the 200.

man, I almost bought one of these. probably could handle the wind better than the 4G3, but the 4G3 is very durable.

One thing I like about the Firefox is, it's not as twitchy as the Hrricane 200. Much more relaxing flying. Much softer in the head.---Like me

I built mine since June; some parts are interchangeable not all. I have Gaui 100 and ELE. This is 5 months afterward with no parts.

havent had the chance yet to really look at the setup yet...but im not getting head lock. Im at work so i cant check it out. What is your gain settings on the tx in normal and avcs mode? And what are the settings on the actual stock gyro?

those are cool

mulikow,

Those look great!!! And the EP-100 flies great as well!!
I got 2 of them a year back, with a boat-load of spares.

I am going to get 1 or 2 of those,...the 100's I mean.

The chassis in white looks fab,.....

Oh and they can take a real pounding,..because that's what I did.

I may not have read enough but, where did you purchase?

You can put an HH gyro on it for 40 bucks, with remote gain to the TX. 6g its weight was. Mine came outrunner BL and were doing 41 to 4200 revs,..very quite.

Helifrek, in my opinion, far better than 4G3's and 52's as well. Even though I have 5 4-3's and 2 52's,...I love em but the EP-100 is better.

Michael,.....

Didn't think it was doing much in headhold till I started putting in more servo throw in channel 5, gyro channel. Went up to 140%, now it locks right in with no tailwag.

Is there a deal like this for the ep100?
