RC car for my 3 year old boy

I, perhaps rather foolishly, just bought a Losi Micro T under the guise of it being for my boy who is just over 3 years old.

I have a feeling it's going to be too fast for him (although I suspect I'll quite like it). And the Radio will be too big for his hands.

I have to persuade the wife it was a good purchase.

Any ideas how I can slow it down or can get a radio that's smaller?!

Many thanks for any help!

thats pretty tough doggy. Only way you could easily slow it down is by changing the pinion to a small one. I'v never purchased an aftermarket pinion for the micro t so i don't even know if they are available.

The radio thing is new to me. I'v never seen mini sized radios "that would work with something like the micro t" sorry man

good luck though Hopefuly he'll get the hang of it and be racing in no time!

Thanks. I chickened out and cancelled the order, lol. I think I might have to plain own up and ask for it for christmas for meself! and perhaps look at an RC tractor or something for the boy. ho hum.

Thanks again
