Hobby Lobby Goofy electric glider?

I just ordered this plane today. it is from Hobby Lobby. It is called the Goofy glider.
It is 1.65 meters. Hobby Lobby says is weighs 21 oz and is low drag.
It takes the Jeti Brushless 15/3 motor and 8x5 folding prop on 8x800ar. Hobby Lobby said it will contiuous climb at 90 degress and 3200 feet per minute. WOW! Do you think this is true. The motor puts outs a couple more oz then the weight!
Any body have one of these? How do you like it. Does it look like it will hold up good and take some rough landings?

Thanks a lot

I was looking at that plane last night.

Any way you slice it, it looks like yo have a real screamer on your hands. And the wingloading comes to a little over 7 ounces/sq. ft., which is really nice.

Can't wait for the flight report.

I'd be interested in your final weight. The gear they recommend weighs about 17-18 ounces, so a 21 ounce RTF weight is unlikely. This is odd, since all my HL planes end up weighing less than advertized. Nice looking plane though. Hope she does well.

My thoughts exactly. Also, looking at the specs on the reccomended power package; 3200ft./min., maybe. Vertical, maybe, but NOT at the same time!
Tell us about it, inquiring minds want to know... -gyro-

I got it today. It looks good. Nicely build. I hope to get it done soon and fly it soon.I will be flying it with the HL stock setup but i will be using 8x800ar instead of 6x1200SCR.
We'll see if it we'll climb 3200fpm on 8x800ar.
HL said I have to reforce the elevator usuing 8 cells. They said to use carbon fiber. No promblem.
They said they used 6 cells to tame it down a little.
