Here are the pictures I promised. I will try and post more as I build the plane but will need a little time along the way. If you have info from your own build feel free to help us out.

In general I am happy with what a received. It has a nice scale look but is covered in PVC printed covering. I hope it will stay on the model. It is not quite on par with BHModels T-28 but looks great from about five feet or so. The actual construction looks very well done so the model should hold up to some great flying. The other item of concern was how the wings are attached to the fuse. It will take some work to transport this plane. You will have to undo six screws and unhook the retract servo to get it in most vehicles. Four screws at the fuse and two at the ends of the wing tube. The retract servo is mounted in the fuse and not on the wing. Fully sheeted was a nice surprise. Pre installed control rods. Flying Tiger, Girl, and pilot name are stickers.

They have the engine mounted at an unusual angle so I think I will be changing that, There is side thrust built in but I couldn't measure any down. If you look on the box it came in you can see the cylinder head of a .91 sticking out on the right side.

Thanks for showing us your assembly. What do you plan on using for power?

man looks good can't wait to get one. I have heard all about the split wing set-up and the way they want retracts installed with servo in fuselage. What are you gonna do? I have either a y/s .91 or os .91 to put in mine when I get it.

Not sure about the retracts yet. Maybe LADO retracts are in my future.

I will tell you what, ever since I got my pair put into my VQ P-51 it think they are great and hasle free as long as they don't bind. I will probably get a pair for mine as well. Less expensive and easy to deal with.

It is around 3 1/4 inches. It should be slightly larger to match up with the diameter of the cowl a little better though. But overall not bad at all.

I've got a few 3.25" spinners. Hopefully they'll work.

From the photos of the instruction manual, I cannot tell if the front of the 4-stroke will be in front of the cowling "mouth" or not. Looks close. If there is enough room, I'll certainly mount mine 180º inverted.

After looking at the model I think the four stroke will fit 180 deg and stay in the cowling.

damned good news. what engine shall you use?

I have a new Magnum .91 four stroke.

I started the build tonight and I think I am really going to like this plane. I will post pics as I go.
