They mentioned an ap that you could get at CES last week which was for electric and hybrid cars to have engine sounds (change your prius into a Lambo) which changed as the throttle was opened (the sounds were for inside the car but with external speakers could be used to make engine sounds for outside the car (it was also touted as a warning device for pedestrians)).

No problem buddy.

The 36 is slow right now due to the shop being to cold, and me finishing up the EII.

Rock ON!!!!!

Can appreciate the garage being too cold. Being 800 or so miles to your north east, we're getting much the same weather. (Blo*dy cold!)

Does get a bit colder up here. We got down to -24 Celsius (-11 Fahrenheit) before the windchill kicks in. Dog walk was down to about 100 feet before she decided on a power-cr*p and dashed for home (Jack Russel Terrorist).

Keep plugging away on what you can, spend quality time with the kids, and tell them Christmas is 11 months away and you're keeping track......

Models as big as DAG builds reverses the idea that winter is the building season.

Dag Sir, Would an electric space-heater help heat your workshop?

That is so funny because cold weather is exactly why my cars are not getting worked on and I am building models again! Its pretty wild when you think your r/c plane is a garage activity

I understand why Dag has put the B-36 on hold sort of because of the garage. His bride of all these years wants the garage for her car, which when the B-36 is in the garage, has to sit outside in the cold of the Indiana winter. So Dag is working on the EII so that he will be able to return to the B-36 when the weather breaks, which in Indiana will be either late February or sometime in March, or there about if I remember the weather will from living farther south in Cincinnati for so many years.

With the B-36 as big as it is, the garage really is not the ideal space for this plane. Dag needs a small pole barn, but that is not doable where he lives, so some assembly and disassembly is required to build in the garage.

This is one of the most incredible builds I have ever seen via the web. What Dag has done, is almost beyond belief.

Three of the five National groudhogs and the major ones at that (P. Phil, W. Willie, and W. Willow) have not seen their shadows and therefore are predicting an early spring. The other two (from eastern Canada -- S. Sam and Q. Fred) did have clear skies, saw their shadows, and are predicting six more weeks of winter to be foreborn.

Time to put a rush on and finish all the indoor projects and the airplanes....
