Hi Geoff: The Cub is looking wonderful! She's (assuming its a she -hehe), going to be a big hit at the fields.
Now that you've had the opportunity to use the HK covering a LOT, are you still happy with it properties, adhesion, shrink etc? The prices are hard to ignore! Can't wait to see her finished

Those were some of the best "flying" days I've spent not flying.

Well...since we are way off track...as to saving a plane by sheer skill and airmanship (only in this case a little skill and pure dumb luck.....see this post...and this post... There is an old saying that "God is my co-pilot"....in this case, he took over for me!! Otherwise would have been about an $850.00 loss!!

Hey all,

Anyone got any ideas on how I can make artwork the looks like 1930ish???? I need Hacker, Thunderpower, Real Sound. Stuff that looks like a air racer from the 30's that had sponsors....

All I need is a way to have the artwork as I have the way to make the iron on stickers...

Thanks, Damon

Are you talking about re-designing the logos in the veins of what a 1930's logo would look like or are you talking about replicatingp the weathering that would give the appearance of something done in the 1930's that has survived until today. If you are talking about something done back then viewed back then it would look pretty rich in color and pristine in appearance (albeith maybe slightly less gloss). Most of the "oldness" really comes from the limitations of photography back in those days.
