Look at the attached photos, that is both a counter weight and a device to take the load of the stick. Rock On! DAG |

If not mentioned, that is also one reason why the rudder and elevator have part of it past the hinge line, so when the control is moved the surface in front of the hinge line aids in helping the overall control surface move.

Hey all,
Just want to share with you some of the best Customer Service there is. As many of you now I love Glennis, Hacker, ThunderPower and Castle ESC's. Well I have yet another to add to that list. National Balsa (http://www.nationalbalsa.com/). Yes again I have ordered enough wood to build a ARK. I want it for next week as after Tuesday I am taking a week off to build baby build. I ordered it 3 day select. What is great is they e-mailed me saying it could not ship by days end, and if I still wanted it 3 day select? I knew that there was no way it would ship by days end, but the fact they e-mailed me with today's crap customer service world is great. I only buy from them as they are the only consistent balsa company I can find, sure sometimes the balsa is a bit heavy, but that is because of what they are getting. If you just call they can tell you how the balsa is. I believe i spreading the word, when it is due. Rock On! Dag |

I agree, that's above and beyond in todays world. I can't count the number of times I've ordered expedited delivery only to find out the company proceses orders in a few days or worse, wasting the extra money you paid. In fact when I find companies that don't process orders the same day I don't go back...

Jack I understand but if you have read this thread Dag on several times has posted his positive results with many of the vendors he has dealt with. This thread is kind of like a book of a journey from a idea to flight. The vendors have played a major part in this journey. IMO of course. This thread has had many of course days but it always returns to the B-36 build.
