Is someone making hop-up swash plates for the mcx? I modified mine and love the results. One would think that eFlite would figure out the demand and take advantage of hop-up add on sales...

MCX Transmitter

Has anyone done any mods to the xmtr sticks?
I would like to tighten up on the throttle stick so that when I use the yaw control the throttle won't have such a tendency to move also. Is it possible to do anything like this?

I only wish the batteries didn't go south after a few dozen flights, but they're so cheap, replacing them is no big deal.
Time your flights - don't fly to the cutoff and your batteries will last much longer.

I haven't opened one, but usually there is a way to tighten up the contols. A piece of spring steel over the gimble, or a way to lengthen a spring. If you open yours, take some photos for us.

ps I don't own one. I fly mine with my DX7

Again, when the crash appears likely, turn it off. It will fall harmlessly to the ground.

Yep. My DX7 has a timer. You can use an egg timer.

I set my DX-7 to 7 minutes. Covers all but one battery.

got another question for you guys....

I bought a BnF Mcx because thats all they had instock the other day (which they had the RTF's today ;( )...anywho... I am using my LP5DSM with my Mcx and I must say it binds nicely and works great, however when switching between my cx2 and the Mcx I have to adjust my dip switches every time i switch helis and this aggravates the heck out of me. I want to either get a "bang for your buck" transmitter that will program to multiple heli's (3 tops) or another cheap transmitter for the Mcx only. any suggestion?
