Looks like you did it right. Very nice looking project. What year was the Arc Brooklyn built and is it a battle ship? I'm not up on the old ships yet but I see a lot of them on this forum. So welcome to the group and please post all the pictures you want. We love pictures. Pete

You better believe it!! You did very nice work creating the hull. When the time comes, let me know what color you choose for the "buff". I've done a little research on this, it was very interesting. Also, you have a very nice workspace.
Chuck, did you see the closeup pictures I posted of the S boat? |

Wasn't the Brooklyn built for the Navy in a French shipyard?

The armoured cruiser Brooklyn was built at the William Cramp and Sons Ship and Engine Building Co. in Philadelphia, PA. Her design was heavily influenced by the French with abundant tumblehome. She was commissioned Dec. 1, 1896.

420TEE, I thought that it looked like a lab also. In fact, my science lab back in high school was set up that way. Nice area to build models.
