Have you used the new Windows Phone 7? It's a complete change from previous versions.

Outside of that they rule the OS, Browser, Server OS and office productivity markets. The numbers on those markets can't be ignored.

True, Jamie...but you gotta admit, there isn't much new that has been done to "break" XP, so the repairs are quick and profitable...least ways they are for me & my little side business...

I got rid of XP when the Windows 7 beta came out and haven't looked back. I wanted 4 gigs of ram and XP 64bit is a cluster. We wont even mention the abortion known as vista.

So, you've never seen Win 7?

Backup and restore capabilities?

Create a bootable CD?

Been using 32 and 64 bit versions on four machines since Beta testing. Not a single problem.

I use ever OS mentioned here and MS is garbage to me. XP is my fav flavor for it's lightweight and solid performance on the netbooks. I have a 1 Vista that was bullet proof on a laptop. Unfortunately the HP POS laptop fell apart around it. I have 2 XP netbooks, 1 XP desk top and 2 Win 7 laptops. Next machine will be Apple something. Tired of fix packs and java/adobe updates. Also tired of hardware falling apart
