There is one in Sterling from what I remember. Used to get most of my glider stuff there in high school. Cant remember the name off the top of my head.

If Doug's hasn't got it, get a visa for Planet Maryland, take the beltway to Rt 29, north to Burtonsville Crossing shopping centre and "Hobby City" - on the right as you head north over the junction there. They have a goodly stock of baby electric gear, plus a couple of electrifliers on staff.

While you're cruising the National Capital Circular Parking Lot, head up I270 to Rockville and come visit the area's only all electric flying group at the site never, ever referred to as Mt Trashmore, MD. Electric sports flying is really spoken there!

Assuming you aren't someone we already know hiding behind a moniker ?

Jump the Wilson Bridge, go into Maryland. Exit 7A, go down toward Waldorf and see Doug's Hobby Shop. Nice folks, good selection, EXCELLENT customer service.
