Nice plane Steve!

Love that wing shape. Should be a nice sloper.

Bugger Simon! I cant believe you are still having problems with your FrSky. Bet you cant wait for the new Tx they make. Might be a timely upgrade.

got some kick ass slopes that I fly (or haven't for a while), but they face away from the predominantly N-W winds, though one section is ok in a NW. The S/SE facing ones would be worth the drive for you. Check out http://maps.google.com.au/maps?q=mur...toria&t=p&z=14. I fly at about the end of the blue line (creek ) on the edge of the ridge, and either side of horeshoe gap rd. Had some epic light slermal days there with the TWFs hauling ass with ballast in zero winds

Waz

looking forward to getting back out there again, it's been a while

If it comes with easy to use templates then I'd be keen. Not interested in plugging into the pooter and learning about open source programming tho. you ordered one yet waz?

Shamelessly off topic but my daughter Caitlin's band Belltalk has released the single from their upcoming EP. You can listen and download - payment is much appreciated but is voluntary.

Well it's not totally off topic because these are the tracks you're going to hear behind my DS videos in future!

The band was previously called CaVa but after lots of stern advice that it was a name that just wouldn't rank in websearches, they chose a new name!

Just listened and bought it (except I thought I was paying for a whole album, not just the single - oops ). Looking forward to the next installment.

Aw Jeez Steve, I shoulda said ... she reckons people should only pay $1 since Itunes only charges not much more for one song. I'm sure they'd happily refund you if you paid too much.

I just got back from the release gig and am rather stunned at how good the band was. Seriously good. Anyway, back to DS topics!

S'all good, when they release an album with a choose your own price, I'll just pay 'em a buck for that

Have they uploaded their tracks on TripleJ unearthed? Quite a few garage/school bands have done extremely well out of that.

On a flying note, would any of you guys have some pre-made laminated CF or glass V-tail horns, or even some CF/glass angle I can cut into some horns?

This afternoon sucked a little within 30km of Johanna blowing 20-30knots South + all day. I own a Windburner that's not finished and no other gliders onboard and I had to work for the afternoon

I will be back better prepared next week!
