are you going to bag it or use the 3m method? I have been working with a new hot wire my self but its just too cold in the garage right now. 17f and snowing. I think I well try some of the vacume bagging tips being discused in another thread right now. Please keep us updated with your progress.

Check out the thread on the composite Fry build. Lots of good info on food saver bagging. I am tacking a ride to wal-mart to check out some. I realy liked the wing mount shown in the composite build. Having use of a machine shop, I thinh I will try that. I,ll be headed your way about the 17, March.

Wow

10g tail group! For Me its achievement, all previous weight 20g.
Consist of 5 lbs balsa covered with 0.75 FG. CF reinforcement, ruder 1.7 Kevlar LE, 2oz FG for stab LE. Two pieces 0.60 CF rod connecting stab. Matching size CF tube is glued in ruder creating pivot point. It needs control horns and maybe some more reinforcement in stab mount area. Very happy with it! As always lucking for extra income to finance hobby so I offer set of this for 50$.

Pyrsly,
Man I really like your flying stab idea.
All that structure on the fin sitting there waiting to be used.
Get rid of the hinge! Get rid of decalage! Makes a flat carrying case possible!
This is an idea definitely worth stealing. That's why the comments.
Also, where did you get that sexy scale?

Pyrsly,
Are your booms arrow shafts? More info please. This is a great thread, like your easy high tech composite style.

Nice job. Got to love that full flying tail with pylon mount.
