Tim,
thanks for the great detail pics of the f9f and your new rafale.Looks like you put much effort into the designs.I like the well thought out component locations, and the scale landing gear location as well. Both these jets look like winners to me.I'm sure we would all be very interested to know if you have other jet designs on the drawing board. Can you tell us if you do,and what they MIGHT be?
P.S.I would love to see some ordinance and drop tanks to go along with the rafale!

Just tested the alloy 4370kv Lander fan today.....very, very impressive, smoothest thing, more like a turbine, was able to hold it in my hand at full throttle [I know, I know] and could feel nothing, sounds like a turbine as it's quiet....all important figures....tested using a regulated 11v dc power supply, 400w @ 32A....with no inlet ring or thrust tube.....for a change, their figures look accurate....but so, sooooo smooth, can't wait to fly it now, just need to lob it in the Panther and wait for the wind to go away...not to mention the rain.

More importantly, can we buy this alloy fan seperately so I can put my JS1400 in there. I'd love to see someone put this thing to the test with 5S. Although you might need a Kevlar suit to do it.

EDIT: Ok nevermind as I actually looked at the fan, it would never fit.

The nice man from parcelforce delivered my Panther yesterday, had chance to check out the contents last night and must say I was impressed at the sound packaging (everything was bagged and bubble wrapped), the mouldings are good and the finish is strong and for a bonus they have painted the inside of the moulds which keeps the colour contrast.

The foam is EPS but it has a good density better than the flyfly moulds, instructions are basic and require quite a lot of guesswork but who cares its a panther !!!!!!!

The Mini Fan Pro rotor and Spinner drop right in. the end does remove and the JS1400 should fit making this one powerful setup.
