Not bad, not bad. Those 47's sure are ugly though! But MAN do they have some power! However, it takes plenty of training and a ton of crew coordination to do a landing like that. Its great when it all ends right though.

Oh, I thought you meant from Oshkosh... I flew part way on a C-17 and the other part on a DC-10. 1st class of course. Soooooo comfortable. I slept like a log.

No problem. That is an OH-58 A or C model. The OH-58 D model (aka Kiowa Warrior) is the "upgraded" 4 blade version of the original 58.

I flew the 58 A/C models like in the picture for about a month or so a couple years ago. They are like the "sports cars" of Army helicopters. Quick and agile little 2 passenger buggers. Some are 3 or 4 passenger though.

Anyway, the OH-58 is basically the Army version of a Bell 206 Jet Ranger, which I also flew for about 2-3 months. Love those little things.
