Can you program 3.3v cutoff using Hacker pro interface?

In the drop down list in the software, the highest voltage cutoff is 3.1 volts. I'd prefer the recommended 3.3 volts but when I manually typed that value in, it didn't accept it. Is there updated software? the Hacker site is horribly inadequate.
