Old/Original 3906 EMaxx Stock Replacement Motors

Hey,
I won two Traxxas Titan 550s, 12Turns.
I'm wondering if these are the correct stock motors.. I'm only getting these, since they were GREAT, when I had them.
I'll be also looking into a 970 revolver upgrade conversion kit from KershawDesigns.com

But, for the question:
This is the CORRECT 12 TURN motor right?

The 12 turn Titans are NOT correct, the Emaxx uses 23 turn Titans.

Once again, Traxxas has to make things confusing, if you connect these to the EVX you will burn it up.

Sorry guy!

Yeah either of those links are fine, same motors- not sure why they're calling them crawler motors in that first link, anyway go with either.

You mentioned you might get the Kershaw system, just remember you'll have even more weight up high with those, I imagine it will be flip happy in every direction.

Just a heads-up...

Yup.. Flip happy. Yay.

A wheelie bar, a solid one, will work, no?

You're my new to go guy :-P

Umm... he said flip happy, I would have said top heavy or unstable, not a good thing unless you do this for the exercise of running after it to put it back on it's wheels.

if you think you need a wheelie bar, the traxxas stock one seems to work the best with a stock truck (stock bumper, stock rear skidplate mainly)

As in, you'll be walking alot, most of us are not in the hobby to chase after our toys constantly, but if that's your thing......

You need something with a much lower center of gravity if you are looking to add alot more power, ERevo, older BL conversion Revo, etc.

You'll save $ in the long run, you should listen a little more closely to all the people who have been down this road, we do know what we are talking about.
