Hobby Shops in Las Vegas?

I'll be in Las Vegas later this week and am planning to hit one of the two Hobby People stores (in-store sales, yeah!). Is one better than the other, or are they both the same size? Are there other hobby shops that merit a drop-by? Also, can anyone identify the location of parks or club fields in the area? Thanks.

There are a couple of shops I know of in Vegas, if you want boats and barbie dolls try Hobby People but if you are looking for "proper toys" then try the store on Tropicana Ave.

don't do it! at least, don't get married in Las Vegas. Look, already you have to tell her that you lost the money gambling in order to cover up your true addiction! it can only get worse.

Last year when we went to Vegas my dear wife was nice enough to check for shops in advance.

She dutifully informed me that there were none in Las Vegas. Wasn't that sweet of her?

Keep 'em hummin'

As I will be in Vegas on the first week of July, I too am interested in finding out the hobby shops and flying sites (preferably indoor) in the area.

I was just there yesterday. Unless if you want to melt in the 100+ temperature, I wouldn't suggest flying outside.

Too bad Circus Hobbies is no longer there.
