Brushless in GWS P-51?

Hi Gang,

Curious if there is a brushless motor that is a direct replacement for the motor in the GWS P-51 kit. When I say direct replacement I mean exact fit into the GWS gearbox. Bolt holes and shaft size being the same. motor case can be longer but otherwise must be the same or smaller than the GWS supplied motor.

Thanks in advance,

There is a razor post somewhere (motors, parkflyers or scale) that shows how they fit in the GWS gearbox with very minor adjusting.

Wow! Thanks Pat, that is *EXACTLY* what I was looking for!! I could make those ply stiffeners with my laser cutter in seconds

What a great looking trio of small BL motors! www.razormotors.com

Now who has the best pricing on a compatible BL ESC????

Cheers,

There seem to be three ESC's in the ballpark - Jeti, hacker (probably nearly the same) and castle creations, that everyone talks about in the power forum.

Try www.aircraft-world.com for prices on jeti/hacker.
