That sucks - I wish I could help more ... anyone near you that could take a look at it? Or post some pics or vids of the problem areas - maybe we can spot something for you?

WOW!

All they have left in the Century line are a few Century 50NX's.

Great deal FR4!

Well.... I started working on my 550 size Jet Ranger. The elevator servo is a problem. I have moved it in 7mm, and still may need to Dremmel the fuselage for clearance. Might end up with a 550 Carbon just for the ele servo arrangment. Landing gear is a bit difficult also. I ordered 600 size scale from Century, but, they are huge. I picked up a set of Trex 700 LG and it looks right. The Jet Ranger has versions that actually look like they have LG similar to the Trex. Interesting.. My MD 500 is ready for electronics. I need everything. $$$ The Jet ranger may get done first. Been flying my Agusta 109A Coastguard. Retractable LG is way more fun than you would think.. Not sure why I like scale. I need to post a picture...

Well, I removed the upper servo arm on the push-pull on the ail and pit. Gives way more clearance. A small notch and a 20mm x3-4 mm slot will need to be filed on 1 side. Not too bad. Next 2 piece's of maple strip epoxied in for landing gear to mount to, and a plywood floor epoxied on top to bolt the frame on. The tail needs to be cut to fit. Pushrod will be Gold-n-Rod. This thing is looking great. I will post a pic soon...

What is a good head speed I should be running on the nx? I am using the stack wood blades but also have a pair of fiber glass blades on the shelf I could slap on...

1800 max for the woodies. 2100 max (plastic head limit) for FG or CFs. I've read the metal head extends the RPM range, but to what exactly I don't know ...

That is the same canopy as I have on my Carbon Swift SE. Not only is it a great looker, but it is also very easy to see and keep oriented.
