Yosemite today


I had few great flights two days ago incl. flying over Half Dome.
too many pics to sort !
here some pics mixed aerial and ground incl. yesterdays hike to Half Dome, I started from Glassier Point and round trip was 21 miles in 9hours.
As soon as I'll find wi-fi I'll upload movies and more pics

WOW, you sure get around. Totally awesome shots Peter. You would not catch me standing on the edge like that without a parachute. Gust of wind and you`ll
be flying for sure.

Bridalveil waterfall is usually 1st one visitors get to see when enering the park, here is aerial view of some waterfalls

Great shots! Brings back lots of fond memories. Don't know if you tried it or not, but in the overhang shown in your views #37 & #49 there is a small space under some of those big slabs of stone where you can crawl in and get some protection from the elements. Twice over the years, that I recall, we had to crawl in there to get away from some very bad hail. On one hike up there, just after we had desended, two hikers were killed by lighting up on top.

Fantastic shots. Never been there, the thought of all those people really turns me off. Too bad its such a unique place. What did people think of your plane/flying?
