If it's R/C, it's all good.

Everyone has their opinions I guess. The Air Force had a reliable Tower branded .46 with a light weight hydro hull, and wasn't slow to me. I did change props though. I guess it's all in perspective to what you think is fast. Keep in mind, I race 5th scales and find my AirForce to have plenty of scoot.

If this has a .34 then I'd expect it to be a tad slower. AND it swings a smaller prop than the .46 did too. http://www.supertigre.com/engines/supg0105.html With that cool steel cage it's guaranteed to be heavier and have way more wind resistance.

I'm still getting this boat. My Tower Saver flyer gives me $10 off, free shipping and wait for a sale to take another $30 off. We're looking at barely over $230 for year round fun.

I'm putting one on back order as well. Then I'll sell everything but the boat itself and put in a outrunner. Need to do some figuring out on the motor size bcause the prop size is limited though.

run a high pitch 3 blade then the motor options grow hehe, small dia. loads of rpm. the outrunner would be cool! the eflite 25 might work.. but i thing a can type brushless might be better for the rpm needs.

That's what I meant, Hobbico posts it, they own Aquacraft, yet it isn't on the Aquacraft site yet. Total LOL at that.
