Best performing motor/controller for Pulsar electro 2000?

Need some advice on a motor system for a Pulsar electro 2000 electric sailplane. Speed 400 type stuff has not really been my area and what I'm looking for is a very light (brushed or brushless) geared motor/controller that will give better climb performance than the Graupner inline 4:1 geared 6v motor on 8 cells and 11/8" prop. I would prefer to use 7 cells (probably the HE cells) to keep the weight down. Also does anyone know if the JR141 0.20 oz servos would have enough torque for this plane (I would be using 4 of them). Thanks!
