Horizon is very very good about supporting and replacing their gear if it fails under normal use. Wouldn't surprise me if you got the newer metal can motor referenced above back in the deal.
Can't hurt to call them.

Sounds great! I will call horizon!
Yes, it was the original stock motor

Horizon is real good for warranty repairs, esp if it is a first flight.

It was a windy day, & the Trojan did well with knife edges into the wind and those cool harrier lands!

Carlos,

Looks like a good candidate to do a little bashing....maybe turning it into a Vietnam USAF T-28 or even a French Fennec....the sky's the limit

Agreed, overall, she's in great shape !

Thanks!

In comparison, check out this guys local to me and wants $140 and local pickup!

Granted the equipment (unknown condition) is there but, take a close look at the AIRFRAME!!!

12 batteries through my girl today. pz 3 blade prop back on. much better. perfectly balanced and pulls her off the ground faster with nice authority. whisper quiet too. life is good. all is right in the universe. happy flying! 111 flights and still in one piece and looking good. it will be a sad day when this bird dies. i wonder what the record for recorded flights is for a stock t28? 4 digits?...
