Some Fly Bys...

10th flight of the new plane.

As a 4 channel noob - your critical remarks about my flying are welcomed.

I decided to abandon the landing gear until I learn the ailerons and get a better sense of glide ratio, stall speed, landing approach etc.

Enjoy in 720p:

Has anyone got any suggestions for a direct replacement motor for the fullsize Parkzone T-28 Trojan?

This is a significant upgrade, it bolts to the stock mount, the only thing you'll need to do is swap the bullets on your stock ESC to the included larger bullets.

It says 11x7 pulls 35 amps on 3S, but actually it only pulls 27 amps WOT static. I have that motor on mine and love it. Thinking of trying the 12x6 on it just for kicks. Its a very quiet motor and always comes down cool. Highly recommended.

lol - of course. i flew the 2nd and 3rd battery with tape holding the canopy down. but taking it off for each battery is a bit annoying.

There's a tiny chance it is sneakily attached to the other magnet....

Yes its good with 11. I had this motor on my Extra 300 with a 12x6 and would hover. Haven't tried it with the 11 but it will climb out of sight without full throttle. I fly around cruising just at 1/2 throttle. Full this thing screams across the sky.

that would have been likely but unfortunately if it was its not anymore. thanks for the idea though.
does home depot sell tiny magnets? they're much closer than the LHS.
