DW, it looks to me like he just stuck the wing roots into their sockets in the fuselage, and forgot to install the joiner.

Well, at least for launching it's best to go INTO the wind! It's also best to work upwind when searching for lift. Searching downwind means you're just re-searching the same air you just searched, and it leaves you WAAYYY downwind with a long, difficult glide to get back home.

I won't, Al, I don't like motors either but whatever it takes to get out there and play, that's all that matters .

Eddie, Don S-

Looks like a very windy slope for sure but would have expected to see a little box breakage or something if it had a decent rod through it . Eddie, on a slope like that with that kind of wind it would prolly kill Oly's tip panels but I don't think the ejector pin and the boxes would give it up.

Sounds like a Guillow's day to me Jack. Did that summer before last with a couple of nephews. I had about as good a flying day as any man can ask for.

Well, I don't feel so bad about my extended build times if it took you 2.5 hrs to put three of these together .

Merry Christmas to all you Woody builders, wish you many happy hours building and flying those woodys.

I would say at LEAST half of my kits are being built for electric. EP is just what Soaring needed to get some excitement and new interest in the hobby. I think the one that floored me the most was the electrified night flying Challenger.

Thanks to all of you that have been helping promote Sky Bench woody kits, I'm producing about 30 different designs and the list will continue to grow. My web master is recuperating from surgery, more to come on my web when he is back to feeling good.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Ray
