Just a quick post to let everyone know I am alive and WILL finish this plane (and build many more!).

Still moving house, painting, recarpeting, doing PhD, travel overseas for 3 conferences and a few other things besides which is taking up all my time but here is a shot of my new future workshop! A lot more space (and not a shoebox in sight!)

See you in the next month or two...

Yes, please get her finished and let us know all about the electric set up. I may have a chance to purchase this plane already built as a nitro. I would convert it also. The plane I am looking at is 6 years old, never flown. When researching this plane, I have found advertisements for it with some of them saying that the old fuselage jig template had been replaced with a new template.
How can I be sure the plane I am looking at was not built with the incorrect template? Does anyone know the dates when the bad template was supplied?

Well a milestone today in getting my build back on track. I have work benches! I am going to spend Sunday getting everything ship shape ready to begin work once again...

Life is taking up all available time, and I have been travelling a lot for work, but things are settling down a bit and I have itchy building fingers.

Happy days.

Awesome dude. Looks like you are going to have a great setup. I'm jealous! Make sure you put some good lights over the workbench.

Gree, Fresh and clean what a way to start. Of course more space just leads to more clutter....except in your case it will most likely lead to bigger airplanes.
