A few changes @ LEG

As of today LEG will be changing its prices on all kits. Prices are going to be $10-$30 LOWER! I've spent some time this last month reevaluating cost and time and things are better then before so I'm passing the saving on to the customers. I'm working on getting the prices changed on the website but untill then ALL orders(including orders from this last week) will be issued a refund for the correct amount. This is in addition to some new kits. First one is the new Prairie Dog 48" Combat Wing. This is a FULLY optioned kit. 1.9lb EPP foam, all hardware and carbon spar. Price for it is $35 + shipping. Why should a 48" wing be more then this?? This imoa has an advantage over molded wings because it will be built in the beds to eliminate the warping that happens without. In addition there are 2 more combat wings 54" and 60", 2 combat planks, and 9 more Jets and about a dozen more Warbirds just waiting to get on the site. And 2 new glass planes, I've got fuses in hand!! AND the new website is on the way. It will have all the new planes and prices and a completely new look. Thanks again for all the support, Jack

WOW!!! That's exactly what I've been thinking all along with them combat wings! Why are they so expensive? Of course in a free market, anyone can ask anything for what they sell, but to me, $50-$100 for two wire cut slabs of packing foam and a few pieces of balsa/hardware is really pushing the boundaries of credulity. Can't wait to get one or 2 of your combat wings. May even inspire me to take a look at the other types of foamies. Now all I have to do is find some cash.

You DA MAN!

Jack, that is fantastic!!!! I am excited to see the new kits and the new web site. When is the last time anyone heard of a manufacturer LOWERING the price of their products? I agree with you on the foam wing pricing....why should they be any more than that. Thanks for doing what you do for our hobby.

But with a prairie dog you sit up and take notice!

I'm liking the sounds of this and the others!
